About John

John Curri is CEO/Owner of Curri Commercial, a division of Curri Properties and a Brevard County Top-Producing Realtor and Property Manager of Rent in Brevard, a subsidiary of Curri Properties.
In 1998 John started a cell phone repair and accessory business and within 4.5 years the company expanded to 156 stores in 38 states. The business was sold in 2003, during and after the sale of the cell phone business he started buying and selling residential properties. He later opened a property management company, Rent in Brevard, to serve investment clients that were buying single and multi-family properties.

John focuses on the basics of what any and all business relies on, community involvement and building lifelong relationships. He believes the sky’s the limit when you have a strong work ethic and are dedicated to your clients success and, he shares that passion and belief with his family.
John was born in upstate New York. He moved to Ormond Beach, Florida with his family in 1986 and to Brevard County when he was 17 yrs. old. He is married to his amazing wife, Laura of 20 years. Together they have 2 children, a daughter, Naida who is attending the University of Central Florida and a son, Gianni.

When John isn’t focused on business, he is spending quality time with his family. He loves to play and considers himself a “Motorhead.” He is an ATV off-road enthusiast, an avid RV’er and enjoys water sports, golf and tennis.

Over the past five years Curri Properties sold over $400 million in real estate.
